My bachelor's thesis started with a question: does the University of Genoa give design students every tool they need? The answer was a digital material library for the Department of Architecture and Design, built to make a wide range of materials easy to search.

I benchmarked existing material libraries, reviewed the university's online services and interviewed potential users. User-flow studies and sketched wireframes shaped four core areas: database, material search, technical sheets and a personal workspace.
